How it works

1

Submit an Intake Form

Anyone—a youth, parent, guardian, or teacher—can fill out an intake form either for a young person or for themselves. It's the first step to accessing our support.

Talk with Coordinator

After submitting the form, our intake team will reach out to you within 24-48 hours. This prompt response ensures we understand your needs and can begin the process of providing support quickly.

2

Match with Counselor

After first contact, we match you or the youth with a therapist in 24-48 hours. Youths (12-20) get up to 10 sessions; parents, guardians, and teachers up to 3 sessions. If we're not the best fit, we'll help find the right resources for you.
