Lindsey Breslin

Executive Director

Lindsey Breslin joined Resilience1220 as Executive Director in January 2025.  A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a bachelors' degree in psychology from St. Lawrence University and a master's degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Lindsey brings a breadth of knowledge to her role. Working in the nonprofit environment for 30 years, Lindsey has direct experience with suicide prevention, crisis response, and mental health services.


As Executive Director, Lindsey is responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing operations, and engaging with the community. She plays a pivotal role in fundraising, ensuring financial viability, and expanding the organization's impact. Lindsey's leadership, both internally within her team and externally within the community, shapes the organization's reputation and its capacity to fulfill its mission.


Committed to continuous improvement, Lindsey seeks the best ways to serve the youth in our community. She ensures that services are not only accessible, but also of the highest quality, always striving to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in need.
